I just found out that Geastau's in the Ratatouille Plaza at Walt Disney Studios Parc doesn't serve Ratatouille. Like how could you not add the most iconic dish from the movie that the movie is literally named after?!? >;(

I definetley like the idea of turning Rataouille into a more physical set ride, the pantry scene is probably the best part of the ride. Also, just love everything about Galaxy's Edge, I love the ride ideas.

Do you consider Carousel of Progress as a ride? I mean, a ride is anything considered anything with a moving vehicle. So does that also include Carousel of Progress? But I’ve always considered it a show, mainly cause of the seating. So which is it?

I still see the older versions of Mickey being portrayed in the parks, but I could understand how you want to keep it to just one version.
