What number did you call? I eventually got transferred to ticket services and they said they could only roll it into another special event. Suggested a gift card but they said they couldn’t. Probably have to call again later.

That makes sense to me, it's just an interesting dynamic estimate for them to display to us. I haven't ridden this yet, but from the Rise of the Resistance VQ days, the estimate always seemed to be very pessimistic.

I wonder if you refresh the "Join Virtual Queue" tab repeatedly, you can see at what estimated wait = what time they close off the queue. So right now at 1:01 it says estimated wait 430 minutes, which would be 1:01pm +7 hours 10 mins = 8:11pm. I don't know what it accomplishes but it might be an...

That 1pm distribution can't have been open longer than a few seconds. Might be the downtime from earlier causing issues.

I know we don't have a lot of data yet, but I was looking at the Extended Evening Hours graphs. Yesterday, the BG number peaked at 212 an hour before the end of the extended hours. Has anyone tried to ride via an unofficial standby right before the extended hours end?
