I can see Dubai closing down the MotionGate resort in favor of a Disney park. And we know Saudi Arabia has been in contact with TWDC about opening one there. I think both would be successes, actually. Especially if Dubai's government works to clear the way for a Disney resort.

HKDL fills the SEA market and i still maintain that Disney's next resort is going to mainland China.

The Frozen area will probably be hurt the most. The scale and forced perspective of the castle and mountain will look off next to the ̶u̶g̶l̶y̶ ̶ hotel.

Sliding Sleighs is the junior coaster that HKDL was missing. The fact that it's beautifully themed shouldn't be a knock against it.

That's a pretty good deal too! You stay at a premier hotel for the same price as a moderate hotel in Disney, and you get two days of unlimited express!

It's actually better value for a family. Better hotels + better express system + more days of skipping lines. As for locals, there's tiers of AP that include express.

You and your entire party can skip the lines for no additional fees if you stay at a premium hotel, which is at the same cost as a "moderate" hotel in Disney 💀 even if you book for a single night, express will be available for both days you check in and out.

And you don't have to book a date to ride in advance as well.

Well, considering DCA already has the facades built, it might even be based on the Avengers. What's dead in the waters is the grandpa Thanos version that was announced during last D23.

So yeah, it's safe to say that the Avengers ride was canceled (again) since that seems to be the case for California's.
