Fox was bought to primarily bulk up for streaming. I don't think many of the Fox IPs (save Avatar) fit well in a Disney park.

I wonder if this will be a catch all sort of land themed to something like Disney Animation Studios (no Pixar obviously). What I would like to see would be some sort of E ticket trackless ride with a similar concept to the Multiverse E ticket coming to DCA along with a smaller D ticket shooter...

If Avatar goes into Hollywoodland, I wonder if the one of the plans for the Simba lot could involve cloning the rumored DHS expansion behind Animation courtyard.

This came out during the most recent DL Forward conference: guidelines on what can be built in the Simba lot. The taller the structure is, the further away from Walnut street it must be. Depending on the land and scale, this sounds like it might take Avatar out of contention for the Simba lot...

With Marvel if there is an Infinity War/Endgame event at the end of a phase, they can film scenes for ride updates when all the actors are together.

In the wake of the WDSP rebrand, I wonder if they plan on doing a similar rebrand with DCA that could very well come out once Disneyland Forward gets approved.

Part of me hopes that after the whole Peltz scare, Disney is starting to see the forest for the trees and actually stops directing as much money to the studio and actually sends it to the parks.

Some people are speculated that the Multiverse concept will be updatable. If they did that, they would probably only update it when every couple of years at the end of a phase when there is usually an Infinity War/ Endgame level event.

Another factor might have been the timeline issue. Tying a ride so heavily into Wakanda and the Infinity saga would make it much harder if not impossible to update it with new characters, which flies in the face of what Avengers Campus was meant to be, a living breathing land designed to evolve...

I have been hoping for a catch all area themed to Disney Animation studios proper. You can have rides themed to a certain aspect of WDAS that can be updated to incorporate elements of the latest WDAS film whenever it comes out.

Don't know other than it has popped up fairly recently by insiders on the forum as something that could be announced at D23. This land would take out the Launch Bay building and expand behind Animation Courtyard.

I think it's great DLR's Avatar land will be unique. DLR's lack of space means it's always on the short stick for exclusive lands vs WDW. Plus it gives theme park fans a reason to travel to DLR. Though I do wonder if this DLR Avatar land will be the same one the WDSP will be getting. According...

Apparently what happened as to why the original quinjet E ticket never broke ground was the Imagineers were running into logistical issues with capacity.

Fingers crossed. If they don't announce a timeline at D23, I give up. At that point I don't know if Disney will ever be able to crack the code on what they view as the perfect Avengers E ticket.

Another reasons Disney YouTubers like OG55 have speculated on as to why there has been no movement on the Avengers E ticket is that Disney wants to figure out a solid direction for the MCU to go in. With X-Men, Fantastic Four, and Deadpool all coming out, maybe they want to see the Box Office...

My gut feeling is the Avatar land destined for Anaheim will be announced at D23. Maybe Paris's will as well?

I read the post and from what I interpreted, it sounds like WDSP won't be getting whatever Avatar land DCA is getting but instead what is currently at AK. Am I reading that right?

If Avatar is going in that spot, that would probably be the best option.
