I stand corrected. Thank you for the information, I did not know that. We were there last December and I don’t remember anything particularly notable other than the AC issue, I agree though, I don’t like the trend towards blandness and sterility.

To be fair to them, the old rooms looked like any old hotel room as well, they are meeting the expectations they previously set. Now to say something nice… I like the architecture of the buildings. And the incorporation of fountains. And most of the restaurants.

This really adds up… I’m hopeful only a small amount of people will go for it. That being said, I know quite a few people that put themselves into debt for a Disney vacation. It would be interesting to see what income demographic actually buys it. I have a bit of selection bias though.
