Help Planning Rope Drop: Mid-December, Off-Site Stay

Which rides would you recommend rope dropping at each park? We’ll be visiting December 13–20, staying off-site. We plan to use Lightning Lane Multi Passes at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios, but won’t be purchasing Individual Lightning Lanes. Thanks so much for your advice!

Is the Destination D23 livestream limited to Gold Members?

I've been trying to get this for weeks and there's a glitch that's prevented me from doing it. Guess I won't be watching the livestream =(

Is the Destination D23 livestream limited to Gold Members?

Will this weekend’s livestream be exclusive to D23 Gold Members, or will it be available for everyone to watch? If it is Gold Member–only, will it be uploaded later for others? Thanks!

SeaWorld Orlando’s Next Big Ride — Which Would You Choose?

I agree. Ideally, they would do all 3 and my order would be: 1 - Journey to Atlantis. My favorite ride in the park and it needs some love. 2 - Roller coaster. Always welcomed! 3 - Dark ride. I would really love a dark ride second but I'm not really into the idea they shared.

SeaWorld Orlando’s Next Big Ride — Which Would You Choose?

A few months ago, SeaWorld Orlando ran a survey asking guests what they’d most like to see as the park’s next attraction. The choices were: a reimagining of Journey to Atlantis, a brand-new dark ride, or a new roller coaster. Take a look at the screenshots for details on each option—then vote...

Did Disney Mix Up the Names? The Treasure and Adventure Ships Seem Switched!

Is it just me, or do the names Treasure and Adventure feel like they should be flipped? The Disney Treasure is thematically all about adventure—drawing heavy inspiration from daring Disney tales like Aladdin, and even nods to Adventureland itself. Meanwhile, the Disney Adventure feels more like...

    SWO Drones & Ignite 2025

Looks awesome! SeaWorld does a great job with nighttime entertainment. I wish they still did a nighttime orca show, it was the best!

Rumor Disney resort of some kind in Texas?

They could do what Universal is doing and just do a smaller park, like a halfway from DL to WDW kind of thing. Disney's Fantasyland or something.

News Disney Parks Chief Josh D'Amaro Says Pricing Model Aims to Keep Vacations Affordable for Families

Do Disney World ticket prices increase over time or based on demand? I'm planning a trip in December and trying to decide whether I should buy tickets now or if it's okay to wait. Thanks!

Is Cinderella Castle Ever Going Back to White and Blue?

I doubt they'd bring it back at this point, but I really miss the old color scheme. It just felt so much more grand and majestic to me.

This is actually a great firework spot, the need projections on this building

They wouldn’t want to give people any more reason to skip buying a ticket and just watch the fireworks from outside the park.

    SeaWorld F&B Pricing Sustainable?

Theme parks are becoming increasingly more expensive, and they continue to raise prices because people are willing to pay. I don’t see them reversing—instead, prices will likely just keep climbing.

SeaWorld parks to introduce ‘global IP’ but hotel plans are delayed

Read the article here. Bummer about the hotels but I'm always excited for new attractions & experiences! I wonder which IPs they'll work with.

Which park has better rides - Hollywood Studios or Universal Studios Florida?

Hollywood Studios. I love Alien, Mickey & Minnie, Rock N Roller Coaster, Slinky Dog Dash, RoR, Toy Story Mania, and Tower of Terror. Universal Studios is my least fave of the 7 main theme parks in Orlando. I only really like ET, Gringotts, and Mummy (haven't ridden Minion Blast yet).

Does OLC have exclusive rights to original ride designs at Tokyo Disneyland?

I've heard before that they do, which would explain why those rides aren’t in any other parks—at least as far as I know. I really wish some of them were because they seem incredible! Disneyland Forward showcased several original Tokyo Disneyland attractions as examples of what could be possible...

DHS What should they do with Animation Courtyard?

It makes sense to keep the area animation-themed, especially with The Little Mermaid show on the way. They could position it as an extension of Fantasyland, making it the perfect spot for attractions like Frozen Ever After, the Zootopia show at AK, and the Cars attractions going in MK.

Why do people hate on the Wish?

I made a post a little bit ago called "What's your favorite ship and why?" asking people to rank the Disney ships they've been on. Almost everyone put the Wish at the very bottom. I'm curious why that is? I've only taken one Disney Cruise and it was the Wish and we fell in love with it. I have...

Will Disney ever build new Moderate or Value Resorts?

They seem to only care about $$ these days so prob not. They wouldn't make as much for moderate or value rooms.

Which park has better rides - Animal Kingdom or EPCOT?

Tough call bc Epcot has more rides that I love but AK has FOP and Safari which are top Disney rides. I voted Epcot though bc it has more.
