Like every modern DIsney ride - way too short, rather than the epic attractions they once built. Probably with an eye on keeping the queues down, rather than building a ride that has legacy for all time. If Jungle Cruise, Pirates etc were built today they would last a minute.

So this will be closed for a year then ?

I was at HKD around 9 years ago, and it really soured my love for Disney. The castle was pitiful, Tomorrow Land was so tiny that it belonged to a local carnival, etc - it was all just very underwhelming. We were literally done in a few hours and then left. I look forward to seeing the changes.

Sadly there is far too much of these 'creators' who look to create a scene for likes.

I predict a 'beyond the sky' thing they do.

To put it in perspective - even if Disney were to announce a new major attraction now, their timeline usually means we won't see it till 2027. That's why it's scandalous we have nothing major in the works. This D event really is the last hope for 2027.

Extension ? You want to extend nothingness? Surely the plan should be to fill that area up with attractions to begin !

If any of them execs get up and try to fog you all off with a 'Beyond the blue sky' or a 'Oooooh this is what we might built if you are good' then it's imperative fans walk out whilst humming slowly. The humming part is optional. Do not accept anymore of these nonsensical 'we might build'...

At the risk of scouring the vast volume of pages, can someone give me a brief synopsis of what will be built here. Are we getting major attractions here, or is it the expected cheap nonsense, lick of paint, and just throw some random IP on a carnival attraction.

When do we get the obligatory - 'throw Cars Land' in there. I would be behind it. As one poster said, that area is a sheer embarassment. Of course it could be used as an area to allow free loading annual pass holders a place to have their food that they bring into the parks and just cordan...

You don't deserve nothing more than a clone. Pandora is pretty much perfect, except maybe the second attraction should be longer.

Under what criteria do you believe they deserve more? I believe they deserve nothing more than Orlando, which attracts vast more higher spend international travellers, along with the accompanying hotel, food, etc

Too much nonsense spoken, and not enough action. Once again will the parks have to suffer because the movie division isn't doing great? We went through that debacle a decade ago when nothing was being built around the Orlando parks, because Disney was releasing huge budget dross flops like John...

Nonsense. You completely contradict yourself too, when you say ... 'with exception'

There was simply no need for Tron to be that short. Past imagineers would have created a fuller more complete ride. If today's imagineers (with instructions) had built Thunder Mountain, it would last around 55 seconds and stop after the first turn.
