News Disney Confirms Muppets Take Over Rock 'n' Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios

Enlighten me on what im missing? I love the show but muppets vision 3D is decades old, and doesn't bring anything groundbreaking to the park at all. They still said they're saving the film to be used at a later date too.

News Disney Confirms Muppets Take Over Rock 'n' Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios

I think if you're complaining here you need to take a second and realize the fact that we still get a muppet attraction at all and arguably an even bigger attraction than what they currently have is something really positive. It effectively kills two birds with one stone, allowing a new land for...

    Hurricane Milton coming to FL

According to the weather channel, the center of the cone is currently only 1 mile to the north of Magic Kingdom. Doesn't mean it will hit directly there but the chances are pretty high for something direct and severe here.

Rumor Disney resort of some kind in Texas?

Are we all forgetting that Disney wants to build more "Storyliving" communities other than Cotino? There's already one planned for North Carolina, it would make alotttttt of sense for another to be built in Texas and wouldnt surprise me if that's what all of this commotion about land purchasing...

News Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

this is exactly it. Everyone who supports this and justifies it by saying "It's just one area of the park" or "It's just one attraction" are missing the point entirely. These "it's just something small" changes compiled over decades significantly degrade the park experience. It's the same reason...

News All-New Nighttime Parade Disney Starlight Set to Debut at Magic Kingdom in 2025

I know many would be opposed but I wouldn't mind something similar to these newer high-tech lighting pole additions at Shanghai Disneyland. I think they add some movement at the crowd level that hasn't really been there since the glow with the show items

News Happily Ever After fireworks show returning to Magic Kingdom in 2023

The plaza restaurant is being refurbed right now with huge scrims up. I know one of the main projectors is on that building, is it possible that one is down or using a temporary one right now and that's why it looks worse?

News 2023 TEA/AECOM Global Attendance Report, EPCOT Sees Significant Growth

The Disney slump was because of visitation restrictions and Universal remained much more open giving them the gain. Now it just looks like its evening back out to where it was. Also we need to remember the TEA numbers are (at least for disney) estimations as the exact number of people are not...

Rumor D23 2024 WDW Rumors, Predictions & Discussion

Are we actually arguing over one "curse" word right now? A word that wasn't even directed to a person, it was meant to convey excitement about something we've all been waiting for. Let's look forward to this weekend, at the end of the day its just soundwaves in the air lets move on to more...

Rumor Higher Speed Rail from MCO to Disney World

I think what many people forget is the obvious that: as more lines are built the better an option it becomes for most people. Fewer people will be willing to take a singular route if they still have to transfer to a taxi, uber, or a rental. If there's a train-to-train option people will choose...

News Tiana's Bayou Adventure - latest details and construction progress

I just wish all the bloggers and vloggers would actually, genuinely compare the two rides before they start their smiley chants about how good it is and how we should all just embrace change and stop complaining. Its this complacency with a lesser product that will keep giving us lesser and...

News Tiana's Bayou Adventure - latest details and construction progress

First thoughts from watching the full pov video: - lots of scenes seemed to pay homage to the way splash was designed with the backlighting paint, the foliage and overall dim tone of the whole ride which I enjoyed - there didn't seem to be any anticipation/excitement/suspense throughout the...

News 'Beyond Big Thunder Mountain' Blue Sky concept revealed for Magic Kingdom

While I agree, I think being arguably the most iconic view in any theme park in the world, the main street entrance sequence you go through would need to stay to ensure everyone gets that same experience. I could see them opening a new gate that only acts as an exit but not an entrance.

News 'Beyond Big Thunder Mountain' Blue Sky concept revealed for Magic Kingdom

while more informative, many parts of wonders of life at Epcot would be uh .... questioned.... by today's media and social norms

News Tiana's Bayou Adventure - latest details and construction progress

I'm not thinking of it from that stance I think Friday dumps can also allow people to talk about it and socialize over the weekend more.

News Tiana's Bayou Adventure - latest details and construction progress

Could today's Friday news dump include the opening date? I feel like maybe it will. They could even use some of the nighttime shots we've seen from the past 2 nights in the promo or hype video.

Scentsy and Walt Disney World are bringing a new guest experience within Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom

Well, it looks pretty small but I can't say it doesn't add some nice theming. Even if the Scentsy branding was eventually removed they would still fit in the area nicely. Reminds me of early 2000s character models seen around property back then.

    Will Disney Ever Recover Someday?

It'll fluctuate up and down as they continue to add and not add stuff. I think we also need to remember they still have (according to rough estimates) 8 of the top 10 attended theme parks in the world so I think they're doing just fine. Something absolutely major would need to happen for that to...
