News 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

Dinosaur isn’t a popular ride and the Dinoland is a joke. Just because they are removing Dinosaurs now, doesn’t mean they can’t bring them back at some point in the future. Just makes sense to reboot here.

News EPCOT to be festival-free for summer 2024

Encanto reserved dining packages like Candlelight/Garden Rocks?

News EPCOT's Harmonious to be replaced with new nighttime spectacular Luminous

I happen to love Luminous. Could it use some improvements, well sure? How was the first version of Illuminations? Are we comparing Luminous to that first show?

News EPCOT to be festival-free for summer 2024

Might be an olive branch to the Epcot restaurants, who have lost revenue with competing with booths that essentially run 99% of the year.

Rumor Figment, well, to be replaced by Figment

    I don't believe it's Journey v4. Lounge stuff.

News 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

I have actively been googling "anchor rides" "theme parks" and I'm not finding much.

If you could implement 1 major change throughout the parks, what would it be?

I'd just restore the 2019 bubble perks over what we have now, although I do think Early Theme Park Access and Extending Evening Hours are better perks. But still: +Magical Express with bag handling and Airline check-in +60 Day FP+ (only because it's free, not because it's superior than Genie+)...

News 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

I think the Encanto boat ride prob hurts the Lion King boat ride. Otherwise they have Navi, Encanto, Kali and LK. Meanwhile Hollywood Studios still hates water.

News 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

If I had a crystal ball, I think this will be last the full year of FoF. The next parade should mimic Magic Happens, that can occur during the day and at night.

News 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

I wonder where Zootopia at ToL plans come into play with all of this. It will be interesting if they take down It's Tough to be a Bug, Dinoland and Dinosaur at the same time.

News 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

I think the speculation is shovels in the ground early next year. We might know not until D23. I'd say anywhere from October 1st (start of Fiscal year) through Spring break season 2025 is what I'm thinking.

    “Something major” coming to DHS???

They should expand Galaxy's Edge to Starcruiser footprint and incorporate the building to a new queue/ride. I'd also love to see them move Star Tours into an GE expansion somehow.

News 'Disney Dreams That Soar' Drone show coming to Walt Disney World this summer

We never prioritize DS on any trip. But the drone show is firmly on our radar if we have a leisure sort of trip in the summer. A skyliner West project would help Disney Springs. Also, they never brought back the one-way buses after 4 from the parks.

Not if they give Coco a real ride somewhere else. I’ll sacrifice this carousel for that. I want Coco beyond…

Rumor Lion King Flume Ride being considered for Animal Kingdom

True but the focus of the last two D23's has been Dinoland. Dinosaur doesn't have a draw and they realized Zootopia was a terrible decision. They have a proven ride at DLP using the same ride system and it's a convenient transition with some story changes then to go a different IP.
