I'm guessing there is some sync process from the master database to each location. That can be a single server at each location and/or every single touch point like key card access systems. Reducing the total amount of active MB to each location is critical to reducing lag time of the sync process.

The thing you are forgetting is (at least for those who genuinely need DAS) is that those things such as restrooms/eating can take MUCH longer than abled bodied persons.

I disagree, especially with a family that can ride all the rides. Rider switch works for rides where there are children too small to ride. I know there are other use cases, but this is the biggest reason. Otherwise, families would not be able to ride the ride at all. It is a choice to separate...
