If there's another fatality, Disney will hopefully know better than to try a legal argument of 'you once signed up for Disney+, you must arbitrate.' If it had just been the Disney Parks clause to arbitrate, it never would have gotten traction in the media.

They absolutely should know. Unfortunately there's a lot that I have witnessed in restaurants regarding preparation and reading labels that if I had a severe allergy, I'd probably never eat at a restaurant.

I get it, because I have also looked at the menu, and haven't seen anything with nuts on it, unless there's a seasonal item, or the menu has changed. The autopsy said both dairy and nuts being detected, so that is one thing I'm curious about. My guess is poor communication between the server...

Disney also argues in the brief that it is a tenant-landrord relationship and they should be excluded from the lawsuit. The lawyers put every argument in their brief.

There's the law, and there's PR. Even if Disney wins the arbitration legal argument, which i think there's a way Disney an lose it, this may hurt them more in the long run from a PR stand point.

I know Disney keeps track of everything, and many pages back someone mentioned people not attending due to politics. Are they tracking who isn't going to Disney World because it's in Florida, as opposed to not going because eof Disney's politics?
