    My personal experience is completely different. I have had some of the friendliest waiters at Chefs de France that I have had in all of WDW, which I generally consider to be a high standard. I have eaten there 3 times and never been treated anything but courteously.

    HIPAA does not allow personally identifiable health information to be shared. HIPAA would not prevent Disney from saying that some specific injury happened to an unnamed person.

    I don't personally know if the person in the garage is intended to be a specific individual, but I always say "It's Woz!" (Steve Wozniak) when going by that scene. This is not intended as any kind of knock on Steve Jobs, but the guy doing the hardware work on the original Apple computer was Woz.
