The problem I see with Monstropolis is that it doesn't have as strong of a draw outside the rides. Restaurants, shops and land theming for Avatar seems far more likely to engage the average guest if the land in Florida is any indication.

I mean, those relying on the sign will find out it's food and not a ride in 10 seconds, so not a big deal.
