Do you not feel wet when you pass through it? I’ve been through plenty of different fog conditions (I’m sure like everyone else), but I swear big thunder’s feels like pressurized mist and not fog.

I’m 99.9% sure it’s just mist/water, so there’s no need to do any adjustments unless the water line breaks or something. I have no idea why it hasn’t worked often and is sporadic. It could be compared to how the waterfall on the first lift has been off for months now. Who even knows why.

The first drop has been enclosed by some structure. Not sure what its purpose is, but it’s likely something they felt was necessary to add for the story/placemaking.

As far as I've heard from CMs, "around" is a strong word. I can't back this up from personal experience but I think its more of an angled/arc scene unlike WDW's square-like feeling of the room

Very true. I get more and more disappointed every time I ride it. They need to readjust/align the projectors every once in a while! Seems like it really shouldn't be the most difficult thing lol

For park admission & photopass, it looks like they'll using the cast iPhones to tap the band to scan it. For Lightning Lane, it looks like they are using the same machines (afaik RFID scanners were implemented for a while) in addition to the barcode readers for the DL app. I could be wrong about...

The "main" functionality (scanning into Lightning Lane, park admission, or photopass linking) does not require the battery to be charged. Battery is used for haptics & lighting effects for shows & Batuu Bounty Hunters.

Somehow, Indy has already reopened after a 2h 30m downtime after this event occurred.

Depends on how many pass types have access to that day & what time of the season. Right now with Dream key I could get a reservation for the day of at any time. That will change as we start getting out of the imagine & enchant key summer blockout dates.

Maybe they'll give Indy its pre-pandemic-planned lengthy refurbishment before the new Indiana Jones movie releases? 🤞

I've been going weekly during July and not once has the finale worked. They had a short refurb earlier this year that fixed the entire scene (everything was working), but a month or so passed and it was already broken again.
