So I was thinking about the Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run today: I heard the hourly capacity of this thing is around 1800. Divided among 4 carousels and 6 riders per pod, that means 6 people are going to be dispatched roughly every 80 seconds. If so, doesn't this mean the turntable moves...

Funny I've observed the opposite. But while I'm sure neither of our anecdotal experiences is anything close to truth, I think I'm just gonna say "Muppets is packed every time I'm there, it should stay!"

The movement couldn't be anything like this, could it? The ride vehicles we've seen don't look like they have a motion base, but it would be cool.

I know it's not his business, but it would be awesome if someone with his clout could push for a revitalization of Epcot Centre, since he loves it so much.

I agree for the latter portion of it (when it really ramps up and starts to sound Christmasy). I just find the opening melody to that track (the first two minutes) is what I always imagine when I think about wandering through a Star Wars themed environment, for some reason.

A lot of the incidental music in the main trilogy is less recognizable and would be perfect background music to set the mood of Star Wars without being in-your-face. For e.g., A Star Wars atmosphere without Williams would be really lacking IMO. People want to be in a Star Wars movie, so...
