They literally are. They already decided the GAC accommodations were too much and eliminated them. If they weren’t in the position to decide then everyone would be asking for and obtaining unlimited fast passes, and when that happens nobody wins.

This is exactly what im talking about. People making statements that things are illegal as if its fact, when its nothing more than the opinion of a disgruntled guest. According to these posts there are theme parks all over the country that have illegal policies in place, and that is flat out false.

Nope, the issue is people saying specific items are illegal, and turns out those specific items are already implemented elsewhere. Saying "Disney is a different venue" when every venue we are discussing is an amusement/theme park isnt applicable.

The food festivals are the reason we go to Epcot. It’s a yearly quick trip for me and my wife. We just get to stroll around, child free, and sample food and alcohol.

It works if a significant portion of people using DAS also attend other theme parks and do not use equivalent services. From what is being displayed on social media and personal accounts the answer to that question is that it is absolutely taking place.
