has any stayed at disneyland off property? would like opinions, good or bad. am considering a trip to ca and wondering if the good neighbor hotel plan is worth it, or just shell out the extra 500 to stay at disney hotel:wave:

i would rather see them close an hour early to help pay for new attractions and other improvement projects then cut staff and service. times are bad right now and people are having to make hard choices with their spending. vacation or eat:shrug:

I had hurt my knee at typhoon lagoon which later found out it to be a torn mcl, anyways we ended up at celebration hosp, not owned by disney, part of the florida hospital chain. It is a beautiful hosp, and the staff were professional. I was a bit surpised to see a hosp with valet service.:ROFLOL:

at animal kingdom they have a band called the tropicals, it has steel drums and a little more. they also sell a cd of the music they play, my wife and i really enjoyed it. also flick was coming out for a meet and great and gave everybody a good laugh by dancing with the music.:)
