I think Chicago would have had in place a much better security system for the Athletes and around the Olympic venues and areas. Not only the pools being green and murky, and the other water problems but the bridge collapsed in the kayak venue as well.

You know who I blame a lot for this..... The Olympic Committee. Obviously they did not do a good enough investigation of the city of Rio before choosing them as the host country for these Olympics. There needs to be some serious guidelines met for a city to even put in a bid and the Committee...

I upgraded to Windows 10 about 2 months ago and at first to be honest I was lost with it. I am also not the computer person at all. Now though I actually like it better than Windows 8.
