They look good! I’m hoping the new ones are easier to maintain. The former ones looked beat up almost immediately and remained so on all my visits since 1998

With Spider-man coming, could a Marvel retheme of Orbitron, Comet Cafe, and Space Mountain (I would rather Fantastic 4 than Hyperspace in HK) be far behind?

I love Woody Woodpecker - my only Universal souvenirs are a Woody and Chilly Willy mini vinyl figures from 2015 or so (they seemed to be a version of the popular Disney Vinylmation at the time, but lesser quality). That's a cool popcorn bucket!

Caribbean Plaza also lost multiple fountains and several distinct shop spaces starting in the 1990s (including the space the new bar is in)…there was also regular entertainment on the small stage where Jack Sparrow popped up several years back. All that plus the Pirates barker bird removal...

Hopefully more "foresty" than the Fantasyland Forest delivered. I doubt it though. The Magic Kingdom needs those wide open paths everywhere. :rolleyes:

Ugh...we have our usual biannual trip in August and were really hoping for one last visit to the island and ride on the riverboat. Labor Day would have been nice. :(

If they can’t come up with a better solution/maintenance schedule for the ride vehicles, I’d rather them go back to the solid blue of the pre-Buzz attractions in that space. The vehicles have looked consistently awful for decades at this point. It’s embarrassing.

They close the railroad early too, last I checked. It stinks.

Selfish reasons as I’m going in August and want to see them again 🙂

Agreed. When I was there in October I found the permanent sign and Star Wars props in the exterior queue at odds with the loading area. I wonder if they’ll just go all in on Marvel…maybe Guardians and/or Captain Marvel
