One thing you would bring back to Disneyland?

I’d love to go back in time and ride the Mine Train Through Natures Wonderland again. And I’d love it if we got Adventure Thru Inner Space with modern technology creating the effects. (So, in summary … I’d like anything with ‘through’ in the title.)

News Avatar Experience coming to Disneyland Resort

There is very little space behind Goofy’s so a dark ride there, unless two stories, would be very short.

Disneyland Entertainment - Then & Now

As much as I love new attractions, I also get excited about parades and entertainment. I miss full-length daytime parades and stage shows. They occupy a great deal of my time when attraction lines for short duration rides are too long. And they are a financially reasonable way to keep the park...

    All things Knotts Berry Farm

I mourn the loss of Jon Storebeck as president of KBF. He is a great leader and understands quality and guest’s emotional connection to the property.

Disneyland 70th Anniversary Thread - Wishlist, Rumors, Speculation, Announcements

I change my refrigerator magnets out. It’s like a rotating gallery showing of magnets. Very exclusive. Wine is served for each opening. (Not really.)

    Where is this from?

There was a backstage preview center off of Main Street where parade floats are parked between shows. It could easily have been there. (When the parade gate is open you can see a huge ficus tree. The building—a bungalow, really—is still there on the right.) If more memories come back I’ll let...

I have always believed that (R1) would be better served as additional (B) IF combined with (A2)! However, (A2) as it is today needs a redesign as it was…. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT!

There indeed still are offices and restrooms in that building which are old and antiquated. At least, as of 2019/2020(?), when I was last there. I’m pretty sure the Grand Canyon building is still Cast Health and Cash Alley.

    News Disneyland Resort Permits

I worked in the building up until I was laid off during the pandemic. Yes, it definitely needs an update as it’s very 1960s. I’m happy for the employees who work there. And it’s about time. They deserve the comforts of modern restrooms and break areas. But yes, I’m sure it will be disruptive.

Also, the turkey dinner bites come every year. It’s turkey, dressing, cranberries and gravy in a ball. It’s been a while since I’ve checked out the holiday food or actually even been to Merry Farm so I’m sure there must be other annual foods but I’m not sure.

Tiana's Bayou Adventure: Disneyland Watch & Discussion

It’s not just you. When Paradise Pier became Pixar Pier I was disappointed in the costume downgrade from lovely (IMHO) turn of the last century attire to cheap primary color clothes. I understand it, but I don’t care for it.
