We rode Flying Carpets during that time last week. Edit: Beginning at 9, they started checking for wristbands, but otherwise it seemed like the rides kept operating. Wait times didn't show up in the app until 9:30.

Agreed! There was a group behind us experiencing the attraction for the first time and I felt bad for them. Does anyone know how recovery passes work? Will we still get the full experience? They mentioned an alternate entrance so I didn't know if that meant skipping stuff or not.
