WDW for me has basically priced me out even when I go solo, so DLP is now my choice of Disney park, much closer and way more affordable.

2031 is the proposed opening date, Universal are hoping to get the planning stuff put in before the governments summer recess, ready to start building early next year or possibly late this year IF planning goes through quickly enough.

You should be able to go to the Universal Orlando website and look up hotels then book hotels and tickets etc from there
