I am not in that I am sure there has been some rough drawings for years on a potential 5th gate. I believe that was all that was stated. I will agree with you though, I doubt we ever see that 5th gate. At least not at WDW. I still hold out some hope there may be another Disney site...

I don't fully disagree. However, how you "hide" or allow the out exit for Lilly Bell and build and tie in expansion north could be just as challenging or expensive. Who knows. I will add, even if they fill in ROA(again not saying I am for this) you can maintain TSI as is, just have easier...

You are only thinking of land availability. However, you have to account for the loss of access to maintenance for the Lilly Bell with the expansion north of BTMRR. If they lose that, then you might as well either dock the boat permanently and convert to restaurant(which I believe was one...

Here's my concern. What if Villians land doesn't happen in either DHS or MK? My thinking here is... Cars goes into one of the two, Zootopia may go. We have multiple insiders who state there are long term designs for a 5th gate. Can you think of a better 5th gate for WDW than a Villians...

First I agree I don't want Radiator Springs in MK. However, the rock work does fit BTMRR rock work and that of the great west. So there is some optics there. What I don't get is how you go from BTMRR to Coco to Cars - and make that all thematically work.

They are a thrill ride park, no one denies that, its their nitch since Disney technically doesn't go for the huge thrill usually, other than a few.

I understand the argument for and against the IPs, to me the issue becomes not the IPs but how the IPs are used. If Coco/Encanto is the main theme, and not that it is culture around life in Tropical Americas and is used as an enhancement to push the Theme of Tropical Americas then it fits AK...

Question, just to clear up some things. The proposed Moana ride in Adventure land - is that targeted for the expansion pad near Pirates? So this will finally kill the Fire Mountain rumors of possibly going there?
