Toy Story Mania Single Rider's Line Said to be Gone....

I just went to the Studios in Aug when FP was out by like 1 o'clock. We managed to snag a few in the morning dash and then tried the srl. First it was closed, so we rode standby with about a 20 min wait. Then they opened the srl and told us there was no telling how long it would take. We got...

    August Weather

We're going Aug 10-15 too! We're staying at the Boardwalk for the first time. In my experience it rains just about everyday in the afternoon in the summer, but not for too long. As far as cooling things down goes, I didn't see that happening. We were there the last week in June last year and...

    Driving from NY to WDW

We've been going from Long Island to Disney for about 5 or 6 years now. We usually leave at like 6 or 7 and stop in SC. This year we're stopping in Florence. Although we've never stopped at South of the the Border, I find the billboards approaching it a lot of fun. Leaving early, like 5 or...

    Polynesian Tortilla Chips

Was wondering if anyone knew what kind of tortilla chips they have at Capt Cooks. I know they're multi-colored and there are a couple different kinds mixed together.

    Rain Poncho "Do You"

I always have my poncho ready if it looks like rain. While they're often uncomfortable and don't really cover you from the knees down, they're great when a heavy downpour starts. While everyone ducks for cover, you can still walk around and go on rides. For some reason it always seems to rain...

    Stuck on Rides

Haven’t had too many breakdowns other than the occasional ones on Splash Mountain, but once on Spaceship Earth as we were descending backwards, the ride broke down for about half of an hour without any explanation. Finally some cm’s came and helped us off, which is pretty hard to do when you’re...

Before I going to WDW I always...

I usually do all of the usual stuff, watching old videos and flipping through old albums, and of course watching the planning videos. I also like to re-read trip reports from past vacations and listen to all my Disney music and watch as many Disney films as I can. My family also has taken to a...

    Favorite Disney Music Versions

In some cases I think the new versions can be quite good in their own, but in most cases they just don't do it for me. I guess it has to do with the fact that certain emotions are attatched to the song when sung by the characters in the film, and that is kinda lost when someone else sings them.
