Yup, $10 each! If you have a car, Publix (near the premium outlets) has some awesome Disney balloons.

My 3 year old rode it and loved it (we rode in the middle of the train) and then went on again with Daddy (last row) and doesn't want to go on it again. If you're weary, sit towards the front! The last row is much faster.

Bottled Water!! We're local and ALWAYS bring a small cooler bag with bottled water/ice packs. $2.50 a bottle is waaay too expensive for all day. Plus, it's super convenient to just grab a bottle when you have them right there.

The Disney Junior show is awesome! Also, right outside there are M&G's with Jake and starting on Sunday, Sofia.

Since I'm local, I think I'll wait to make it a special day for her. She's princess obsessed. Especially Belle! Worst case scenario, I'm now prepared for her 4th birthday and I'll book 6 months in advance! :)

The one time we went to the meet & greet it was Mickey & Pluto! Glad to hear it's always mainstream characters. I think the free photo and quieter meet & greet is worth a little bit of the wait.
