Earlier this week, we rode first thing at park open, then got FPs (our return time was 1:10pm and we pulled FPs around 8:25am). The FP line had gone way down after the initial crush. The standby line moved quickly too.

I totally agree with you regarding the hotel business, no argument there -I think in other threads we have been in agreement on this subject. I just believe that if ANY money can be made thru some sort of paid FP system, TDO will try it.
