We've found that Saturday is usually less crowded at Epcot, as people are typically flying in and if they have enough time in the day to do a park, they do the MK. In past years, Sunday was the day we would consider the optimum Epcot day, but that was not one of your choices.

Gotta give credit where credit is due. Was at DHS this past weekend, and they have added a significant number of benches to sit on; not those dumb walls, but real life wood benches with backs. "Course, they still haven't added any to the MK (or AK for that matter).

And IMO, the parks in fact do not provide anywhere near the value of a two-week vacation to Europe.
