    Moana 2 (Disney Animation - November 2024)

Moana 2 in November 2024 and then MOANA two weeks out from Elio in 2025??? The latter will be axed. Guaranteed. So will 3/4 of the "untitled" entries.

Hope that means another Black Panther and Shang Chi movie.

    Moana 2 (Disney Animation - November 2024)

This is a great move for Disney! After failing (for whatever reason) with a series of newbies, revisiting a beloved tale is the best move. HOPEFULLY they scrap the live action thing forever!

    Inside Out 2

The fact that you have to preface "all girl Rey movie" seems to signal all we need to know about what you stand for.

Sounds and looks like a whole LOT of concern trolling here. Let's see how thing pan out before making any judgements.

    General Star Wars News

The Mangold project is going into the origins of the Jedi order, set 25,000 years ago. But as far as I know, nothing has been done with it. It could be scratched (PLEASE NO!!!) or rearranged to reflect a different period. Mangold could be out or could still be in. We don't know anything beyond...

Disney (and others) at the Box Office - Current State of Affairs

Why would anyone go to see Soul in the theaters when it's been on D+ for 2 years???

And what is it exactly that fans want? Nobody knows, especially fans. That's the problem. As far as Luke after ROTJ, they going to do that with the Filoni movie(s).

    General Star Wars News

It's not Rey that yields the lukewarm response. It's the movies (that latter 2) that feature Rey. Had they come right out and said they were making movies about a New Jedi Order, I think the response would have been much much better. And I think as they get further along in the production...

    General Star Wars News

Anyone could be capable of making a SW movie that can please fans. If fans only have a very very narrow spectrum through which they can be pleased and cannot even define that spectrum, maybe directors and writers are not the problem after all.

    General Star Wars News

Nobody's going to know or care about those comments. And nobody is going to care who she is. People don't buy tickets for the director unless it is someone like Nolan. Even Spielberg doesn't have that effect these days. But for the next SW movie, people WILL look at reviews and word of mouth...

    General Star Wars News

TROS was a Hail Mary after an absolute atrocity. If they were going that route, they should have made 2 more movies: one to set up TROS (episode 9) and a more explained actual TROS (episode 10). Or even if they added a few things at the end of TLJ and/or added a few things at the beginning of...

    General Star Wars News

I think I understand this post. Not 100% certain, but I think I do. And from what I think I understand, I fully agree. All 11 films directed by males. Even if there were only 7, they were all male. And even the movies with female leads were all directed by males. So we haven't had a female...

I'd say it is a risk, yes. But saying it is a guaranteed failure no matter what franchise? That is the definition of hyperbole. A bit extreme and baseless.
