    Robert Sherman has passed

RIP Mr. Sherman. We are blessed by his voluminous amount of great work. Prayers to your family and friends. I didn't hear this...thank you WDWMagic.

Was Walking Other day and Started Thinking " Just What is It That Brings Us Back To D

I think it's value vs. reward. I believe that out of all the vacation's I've taken the money I spend at Disney is delivered back to me via entertainment and relaxation better than any other place.

New interactive game at MK? - Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom

Right, I wasn't very clear when referencing the QR codes and KP. The KP game doesn't use'em but I did see this: It just looks like these signs MAY cause some theme issues; and I think they are not aesthetically pleasing...any where in polite society, not just Disney. But especially in...

New interactive game at MK? - Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom

Never played the KP game at World Showcase...but I have a question for some of those in-the-know: Is Imagineering going to attempt to integrate the QR codes or other clues a bit better? Giant, white/black code squares on particle board parchment seems...clunky, for lack of a better term...

Who would you bring with you????

I dunno; I believe you're wrong. I like going with the Walt Disney I've read about and watched from TV. A creepy, brought-back-from-the-dead Walt probably isn't good company. Besides, I can't bring people back from the dead. It's not a pretty picture. I DON'T LIKE DOING IT!

Things that make you go hmmm.....

Hmmm... Why wasn't The Wizarding World of Harry Potter not the 5th gate?

If you could own a disney atraction which would it be

Does World Showcase count as an attraction? Probably not...so I'd like Spaceship Earth. Or Winnie the Pooh would be O.K. too.

    Girlfriend Mad

I wonder what The Mom would say about this scenario. I agree, go. The following quote is, obviously, from a wise individual:

If you could choose one WDW attraction to work on, what would it be?

Working at Living with the Land as a scientist is cool. I think PotC would be cool to work at or maintain too.

    Biggest wins in wdw

    Living with the Land.

What's your all time favorite Disney attraction??

My favorite is Spaceship Earth. So I guess top 5: SSE PotC HM TT Maelstrom & Winnie the Pooh tie for 5th.

    Could have been expansions...

Walt's greatest project was built in our hearts, where there's infinite expansion. It's up to us to carry the idea forward...keep moving forward. He did a fairly good job with the swampland idea as well.

    Magic...it seems to be slipping...

I've been to WDW the past 4 years and 9x in the past 15. This problem isn't a Disney problem, it's a society problem. SOME guests have an entitlement complex. SOME CM's have an entitlement complex. These attitudes lead to rudeness. On whole, my experience has been < 1% rude CM's and ~10%...

WDW Picture of the Day (Problems that need to be fixed)

I wish there was a tongue-in-cheek smiley...this is the closest: :drevil: ? And thanks to all the CMs...you all are great whenever I'm vacationing. World class employees.

WDW Picture of the Day (Problems that need to be fixed)

This site is 'WDWMagic' not 'WDWNagging'...I think the thread was started on the wrong site. :zipit:

    Most nostalgic attraction at WDW

I voted for Peter Pan. The tie to the movie, which in my opinion is the most perfect Disney film, put's it over-the-top. The ride always sends me back to being a kid, watching Peter Pan (really any Disney movie), and believing that all is good and right in the world. Although I wouldn't...

What's the most thrilling ride in Walt Disney World?

It's Test Track, for me. Followed closely by Maelstrom...I always white-knuckle the drop. I prefer fast over twirling around in circles followed by nausea or anything that takes me more than 5' off the ground.

    Disney Contact Information

Two courses of action that I see in this thread: 1.form a company then contact Disney about licensing rights for any of their IP that is suitable for your product or 2. hire in at Disney and pitch the idea to your immediate supervisor so that it becomes, immediately, more Disney IP...
