There's nothing particularly exciting about the bar/lounge at Port Orleans, but we love seeing Piano Bob perform there!

Just got back from a three day trip a few weeks back and I agree completely. The parks looked fantastic, and every meal we ate was good to excellent! Kona cafe...AMAZING! BTW, their Hawaiian bread is different from Ohana's. It's better, believe it or not!!!

Right, I do know that you have to pay rack rate, and you cannot combine the military room or ticket discount. Because of the number of people and we're looking at a moderate, free dining works out better I think. Regarding the tickets...they're just regular two day passes, right? If...

We'd be staying at Port Orleans paying rack rate to get the free dining. It actually comes out as a better deal than the Shades of Green 40% off Discount in September. Yeah, I figured they would let us upgrade to Military, but not get refunded the difference. I suppose I just didn't know...

Can I upgrade that pass to the Military 4 day hoppers? And if so, would we get a refund for the difference? The two day passes are $40 more than the military tickets. The Disney rep said we could probably upgrade, but didn't know if we'd get a refund. Thanks!

Just booked our 9/9-9/15 trip, staying at POFQ, with FD.

The coffee at Kona Cafe at the Poly is good. You can also get Starbucks coffee at Java Cafe at Shades of Green. But yeah, Nescafe sucks big time.

Anything in Sunshine Seasons, Morocco quick serve, Casey's Hots Dogs, Turkey Leg, tacos in Mexico...lots of choices!
