The saddest thing is, the backlot tour was only past its prime and had run its course because it kept getting chopped into smaller and smaller bits...until there wasn't much of a reason to visit the attraction.

As long as Serveur Amusant keeps performing in France to risk their life and limb every day for nothing more than 15 minutes of my enjoyment, I'll be happy.

We saw it in February, but everything seemed to be working and the show looked great. It's an OLD attraction, with a TON of moving parts.

Looks like we're visiting in November now anyway!

Are the concrete colors the same throughout the park? I can't remember. That same pic has the lighter color concrete on the left hand side as well.

Absolutely buy resale. We just bought a loaded contract with 210 points at AKL and couldn't be happier. The one thing Disney won't tell you about not being able to use points for cruises and other things....is SO WHAT? You will actually fare better by renting your points out and paying cash...

Well actually, there was a big pool there that wasn't part of the lake. It had two fun slides and cool rock work around it.

For someone going on a once in a lifetime trip, you bet they're going to complain. It's only natural for them doing so, especially considering what it costs to vacation there and the fact they may never get to go back. For the rest of us, nobody is complaining about a refurb. Refurbs done...
