Ok, after talking about it we have decided to stay at the poly either the last week of oct or first week of nov. Taking a chance that there will not be any major refurb going on at the time but still can not resist my favorite resort. At the moment we are leaning towards tahiti longhouse.

Not getting my hopes up until work actually starts.

I think I would go with a 2br villa at the beach club. They have a great pool, short walk to the boardwalk and to epcot for some good food and fun. A close second would be the poly club level with park view.

I personally do not like the wraps, I understand the advertising value in it but still do not care for it.

Thanks tiki, might forgo Polynesian this year then. Planning Halloween week and kids will be disappointed if pool is down.

Maybe it is just me but I really do not want to be stuck on any ride. I would rather be able to ride over and over again or go on more rides than sitting on one ride and seeing the same scene for any extended period of time. Plus with my luck I would get stuck on some transition part of the ride...

You could always just park at the TTC and walk over to the Poly, then take the resort monorail to GF or CR if they are restricting parking at the resorts on busy days. Does make it more of a pain for those that enjoy touring the resorts and have no intentions of using the parking for entering...

I always thought it would be great if they opened a southern bbq TS restaurant on tom sawyers island.

I was not suggesting a coaster, just possibly another ride, could be any type of ride. I understand a lot of people are hoping for a coaster, I am just hoping for an over the top themed land with great rides coaster or not.

Ok, just thought that there might be more land available outside of the main show building for another ride as well that is not on the plans that we are seeing.
