The further south you go, the less vivid the color change is. I have been to WDW in every month and have never noticed any coloring of the trees. Here on the TN-GA border they change colors but are just a rusty orange and brown and nothing like you will see in NH or VT.

Plugging in some of those addresses into google maps shows streets that the general public does not have access to. i.e. 1320 AVENUE OF THE STARS is fully contained within EPCOT and W TOPIARY LN is contained in the Magic Kingdom.
