We have had to go there a few times, usually to complain that our Magic Bands not working properly and once at Epcot to find out where the FastPass area is to see Illuminations (They didn't know themselves and neither did 5 CM's)

One thing I have learned in all my trips to WDW, have something for every weather. Stuff you can easily take off when its hot, a few things for when it gets chilly and waterproofs of some sort. Don't forget the sun tan lotion.

Actually, they shouldn't have. They should be teaching their kid basic manners and social skills to use the restrooms like everyone else. I think this type of thing is appalling and offensive and given my way, I would have evicted the whole family from the hotel there and then.

No. I originally posted this last year. We came and stayed at AKL last December. We haven't booked since and its unlikely we will be coming again.

We were there early last December in Animal Kingdom Lodge. Due to personal circumstances, it may have been our last visit.
