Is this really a service dog?

Pure garbage to be honest. I hope I don't see one while I'm on vacation. I won't be pleasant about it. So what is the point of it being a federal crime to fake a service dog if officers can't do anything about it? lol

Is this really a service dog?

So anyone can just walk up with their dog and just claim it's a service dog? And not show any proof or anything?

Is this really a service dog?

So what can be done if while we're on our trip believe someone is using a fake service dog?

Is this really a service dog?

I'll bold this part in the article: If a dog’s behavior infringes on the ability of other patrons to enjoy a safe, routine experience similar to one they would experience without a Service Dog on-site, then a business may be perfectly within their right legally to ask the team to leave.

Is this really a service dog?

Good post. On your last statement though, if the dog in question is a service animal and is "off duty", shouldn't the owner remove the "Service Dog" vest and let him play? Is that technically a requirement or no?

Is this really a service dog?

I agree about children not being well behaved. However, dogs should just be left at home, with friends/family or in a dog hotel while people are on vacation. Leaving dogs in a hotel room for 7 hours or even longer at a Disney World resort is an issue. They're in a strange place away from...

Is this really a service dog?

Well because I am staying at Beach Club in 30 days and spent quite a bit of money for a vacation and I don't want dogs barking, running around the beach, lifting their leg, pooping and not having owners pick it up. Service dogs are different. They are very well trained. They aren't hopping up...

Is this really a service dog?

I was responding to your statement. I'm sick of people with these fake service dogs.

Is this really a service dog?

Emotional support dogs do not qualify as service dogs per the ADA. Real service dogs are also insured and extremely well trained. This dog in the video doesn't appear to be service dog trained. The same goes with Therapy dogs. They are not service dogs either contrary to what people think...

Is this really a service dog?

This is a recent video of a "service dog". Now it is my understanding that service dogs don't act like this. I have never seen a service dog play 'fetch' as the owner says 'go get it...go get it'. Or chasing some sand kicked by the owner... Someone enlighten on this. Fake service dog...

    Star Wars Galactic Spectacular

Wait, the projection towers are in the back but isn't the dessert party area near the very front where the chinese theatre is?

    Star Wars Galactic Spectacular

How hard is it to get a decent spot for this show? If the show starts at 9:30 what time should we start staking out a spot and any tips on where are good spots? I've heard that the dessert party spots are good and up close for the projections but not good for viewing the fireworks. Anyone...

    Afternoon at MK

I would book FP's for 7DMT, BTMRR and SM. Try to get 5pm, 6pm and 7. Then your next FP would be HM followed by PoTC. If you can't get those extra FP's then HM and PoTC would probably be at most a 30 to 45 min wait that late.

Nice Dan! Forgot about the boats. I'll do that.

    Flying Fish or Narcoossee’s?

I'm staying at Beach Club and I'm doing both during my trip. After a day over at MK, we're just hopping on the monorail and going over to GF for some Narcooosee's goodness. I also didn't mention we're doing Shula's and Il Mulino. Oh yea and Jiko and Asia Morimoto and The Boathouse. Ok I'll...

What is the best day of the week to go to each park?

Not everyone can "bail the park" if it gets too busy. People have different amount of days they can go, schedules, ADR's, etc etc. I recommend the Touringplans calendars and planners because it will save you a TON of time and headache. I have found people getting to the parks rope drop...
