Best lunch and dinner QS in the parks?

You actually have listed what I think is the best counter service in all of WDW- Columbia Harbour House. Love that place, it is fantastic. However, I will go a little outside the box. I always love to stop off at Sleepy Hollow and have one of their waffle sandwiches. They are huge, and...

    What Happened?

I definitely hear where you are coming from. I actually like the My Magic + system. I am an over-planner, and so it fights right in my normal planning. My issue with it is the amount of money spent on that technology (numbers I have seen are between $1-2 Billion), which is crazy to me...

    Dinner at Hollywood studios

I love the 50s Prime Time Cafe! However, if you always to that, I would certainly consider doing Sci-Fi. The food is not as great, but the food is GOOD and the atmosphere is fantastic. Plus, a hamburger that has a hot dog on top of it and a very thick shake are reasons enough to go!

Poll: Disney w/ friends or w/o- would you rather?

I would go with the 15, just because its more rides and that's how I roll. However, I definitely get your point. I also love being able to share some of the magic with first timers, especially those who go into the parks with a positive attitude!

    Most Underrated Attraction

Some really good ones already posted. One I will throw out there is actually as how, but Flights of Wonder in the Animal Kingdom is fantastic. I am not a "show" guy, but my family convinces me from time to time to take one in. FOW was great, lots of fun interaction with the audience, some...

Maharajah Jungle Trek closing for 3 weeks in January 2016

Interesting. I am also curious about what they will be changing / updating given the length of the rehab.

    Muppet*Vision Preshow

It has been several months since I have been on the ride, but it was still running then. Definitely needs to go back to the original! Of course, as long as they keep the net full of jello hanging...I won't complain too much!

    Not worth the wait?

Sorry...complete cop-out by me...but I would wait for all of those rides. Love all of them. ;)

    Dark Ride "perfume" ?

Hahahaha. Very funny stuff. There is a very funny Top 10 on WDW radio by Lou Mongello that discusses this smell. Might not be bad as an air spray for the hardcore disney folks!

Then and Now - WDW Comparison Photos

This thread has officially blown my mind. Structural changes aside, it is amazing the difference that lush vegetation makes after several years of growth.

    Abandoned Areas

Awesome post! I have to say, the abandoned areas really intrigue me. Because of how most of the folks on this board love Disney, and everything Disney-related, I know we are all shocked to see old Disney areas that are abandoned and many in a state of disrepair. Especially the river country...

Mouse mingle.com? A disney dating website? Is this legit?

Hahahahahaaha. Really don't know how to react. For you Disney singles out there, this might be a good idea! After all, we Disney-a-holics are kind of crazy, hence why we come to message boards like this!

    I can tolerate Grand Fiesta

I personally like the ride. Can't wait to get down and see the new / old audioanimatronic additions! Nothing like riding the Tour, having a laugh, then jumping off and grabbing a margarita!

Adventureland Veranda - Skipper Canteen restaurant

Great point! I was thinking the same thing.

Which of these least favorites is your favorite?

Wow, this is a really good question. And a tough one! For me, I would have to go with Figment! There are some on this list that, as much as I love all things Disney, are some of the worst in the park.

why can't Disney move the Osborne Lights to the court yard area in DHS

I am very sad to see the show go. It has always been one of my favorites. Just wish I could get down to Orlando for the last year.

    Haunted Mansion Fans

Wow! That was awesome! I have never seen that before. But Haunted Mansion is one of my all time favorites, and I love me some Tony Baxter! Thanks for posting.

    Why are some movies ignored?

Another vote here for Robin Hood...it holds a special place in my heart!

    Favorite Obscure disney thing?

One of my favorites is the awesome train set in the Germany pavilion. I always like to grab a brew and just camp out there and watch it for a few minutes.

Selfie sticks - is this a thing at WDW yet? Disney clarifies policy

I must be the most clueless person on earth. I honestly had no idea what a "selfie stick" was until our most recent trip to WDW last month. I was shocked by the number of people using these. They did not really bother me, except during Fantasmic when almost an entire row of people in front of...
