MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

But you said that’s what most of it looks like. And know you’re basing your entire opinion on assuming that plans will change for the worst and you’ll be left with nothing but concrete and cars? I get being cynically but don’t be ridiculous. Not really. And the point is that they are more than...

DHS Monster Inc Land Coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios

In their view they won’t really lose money by closing those restaurants. Park attendance won’t change, guests will still need to eat, the loss of revenue at those two locations will be offset by increases at the remaining restaurants. The same number of guests will still be paying for the same...

DHS Monster Inc Land Coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios

There are no plans to do that. Planning for the coaster is further along than the theater. There’s no need to demolish the Stage 1 building this early in the project. The Stage 1 building is being removed for improved crowd flow. It is not an obstacle preventing or delaying any other part of...

DHS Monster Inc Land Coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios

No. It’s not rocket science which is why it’s surprising that you’re not understanding. Sure they have plan. But no matter what their plan is for the courtyard it will not take as much time as the e ticket behind it unless the pace is intentionally slowed to meet the time line of that e ticket...

DHS Monster Inc Land Coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios

The Magic Kingdom is the busiest theme park in the world with guests often unable to find tables to dine. And yet they can’t be bothered to open Tomorrowland Terrace or Tortuga Tavern (both revenue generating)

DHS Monster Inc Land Coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios

You’re just intentionally missing the point. And again… what work? Removing props to be archived or salvaged is not actually being “active at the site.” They are going to hurry up to do nothing in the courtyard area while the major project moves along behind it. Do you see how over at Animal...

DHS Monster Inc Land Coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios

So? I never said they weren’t. The fact that they are is irrelevant to the point being made. What ever they do in the courtyard could be done in significantly less time than building an entire massive show building, ride system, and all of the installation, programming, and testing that will...

DHS Monster Inc Land Coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios

The point is that they did not need to close muppets in order to begin construction on the Monsters coaster that is being built entirely in backstage areas. They could have kept muppets open until much further along in the process since the muppets theater conversion will take significantly less...

MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

Then you’re not actually looking at the concept art at all. Because that is not what any released piece of art shows.

MK Big Thunder Mountain to receive full retrack

Not really. Either way track replacement is still needed eventually.

EPCOT Test Track to be reimagined

MK Villains Land Announced for Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom

Very true. Holiday decorations at WDW cost a lot more than people think. Deciding to decorate a store for example with even a small amount of garland and a couple wreaths or small trees will absolutely end up costing thousands of dollars.
