We'll be taking our 2nd Disney cruise next year and mother in law will be taking her 1st. I see that we'll have a special members only line at check in. My question is will my mother in law be able to get in line with us or will she have to go through the normal line?

Not really sure, but it seems like you control the time. Sounds like the transfers leave every so often as the busses fill up from MCO. It doesn't seem like the transfers from WDW start until 11:30ish or so.
