You are probably right. We've exchanged at a few other places over the past 6 years and never had a fee. We do pay an "exchange" fee with Interval International, but this $95 fee is on top of that. I do plan to question it and fight it this time around.

When did you put in your request for exchange? And when did you find out that it was confirmed for your trip? My experience with Interval, it takes around 2 months to get a confirmation on the resort you want. I'm always nervous, though. And we are still 9 months away from our trip, so I think...
