Thank you for responding. We did enjoy our room, and actually booked to stay again next year. My only disappointment was no towel animals but I heard they don't leave those anymore, so I was okay with it at the end of the trip. My girls loved the room and so did my husband.

We loved the resort, and we booked the bounce back offer to stay there again next year. My husband wasn't sure how he'd like the Alligator Bayou rooms but he loved them and our youngest daughter loved the pull down bed. Thank you again to everyone who replied. PS we must have gotten lucky cause...

This time next week we will be on our way to Disney :D

Getting closer to our trip. Thank you everyone for the replies. I'm really looking forward to staying at a new resort since the last 4 years have all been at POFQ, but I might have to walk over and get some beignets.

Thank you, I told him that. He said someone said they had bed bugs in their room, and Disney did nothing about. We will be I a preferred room since we are a party of 5.

So my husband has been reading a lot of bad reviews on riverside. How bad are the rooms, a lot of complaints about them being dirty, and the beds not being comfortable. He also read the busses are awful and folks saying they waited over an hour for busses. Any one been there recently?

They had FP for Saturday Oct 3. I just booked all of mine yesterday for the first week of October.

Thank you guys, I'm hoping it isn't to busy.. I know last year it rained everyday ( at least the weekwe were there in Sept) and it was more than normal. We got rained out for our Halloween party, thankfully the CM we spoke with was super nice and refunded our ticket.

I will be traveling with my family Oct 2-10, and we normally go Mid September. Will the weather and crowds be about the same?
