So my question to everyone is how can you make the characters less scary for your kids? I have 3 girls ages 7, 5, and 14 months. Sept 25 for me and the family

we were in MK Sept of 2011 and Peter Pan was by the bridge entering into Adventure land. We saw him there many times.

I've only stayed at the Port Orleans French Quarter and i thought it was laid out nice and didn't seem like any building was to far away from the main building
