Maybe you've been working with children a little too long. I see no need to put in the "eye roll" icon simply because you don't like that I have a different opinion than you have. Seems a bit "childish".

The bottom line, though, is that Universal appears to be managing their business better than Disney is nowadays. Over time, if this trend continues, they could easily surpass Disney. Disney may one day be the "afterthought" in people's minds.

Excellent points! I (and I'm sure most of the people reading this thread) understand what you're talking about. Unkadug, and a few others, are just trying to do some misdirection to distract from the point that Universal simply accomplished something that Disney wasn't able to accomplish.

I grew up on DL and was already an adult by the time I visited WDW the first time. However, the following would apply to WDW too because it refers to POTC and HM... Both of those attractions would always be among the first ones that we'd ride, so it was always daylight when we rode them. But...

No actually it was never meant to be a walk-through. However, making it a walk-through attraction was one of the original ideas that was suggested when they were first developing the concept for the attraction.
