Space Mountain Heading to the Scrap Heap :)

WDW has the better layout, definitely, but unless the ride experience (smoothness + audio, don't really care if its single or two-across seating) is equal to DL, DL wins for me, hands down. There is a nice drop in the middle of DL Space Mountain...I don't know how it compares to WDWs, the WDW...

Space Mountain Heading to the Scrap Heap :)

Remember when the platform was sliding into the fire pit and I was like, "Goodbye" and you were like "NOOO WAAAY" and I was all "we pretended we were going to murder you" That was great...

MAN UP! Manly men, who CRIES at WDW?

Only cried once at WDW, and that was during my last trip. Riding Dumbo of all things with my daughter during the finale to Wishes. Couldn't help it, it was just so beautiful! Cried at Disneyland once last trip, also during the fireworks. Was just watching it, but got lumps in my throat...

Is the clock ticking on the Sorcerer Mickey Hat icon at the Studios? YES!

Hell yeah! Though I typically only buy attraction/resort pins and only for attractions and resorts I like. Don't care so much for the character ones. I know Disney is gouging me for cheap pieces of metal, but I don't care, I must have them! :ROFLOL:

    A Change In Strategy

Really? Good? She's flat out terrible in my opinion, as all the "child" actors have been throughout the entire series. Thankfully the supporting cast of adults are uniformly excellent and most are inspired choices. I'd watch any Harry Potter movie just to see Alan Rickman as Professor Snape...

If I remember correctly United Technologies didn't exactly have a lot to do with marine biology or anything else related to The Living Seas.

    New Stitch Show on web

Wow. Just wow. I'm not exactly sure if SGE is worse or not...at least that's air conditioned.

    Test Track and General Motors

With all those Ford/Toyota Domestic/Foreign car makers talk, I'd just like to say that I love my '09 Mustang (V6 manual transmission) and my wife loves her '09 Scion tC. The Scion tC is a surprisingly fast little car (manual transmission, both are). They are both really good cars so far. Before...

    Flash watchers redeployed?

Free the boobies! :lookaroun Seriously, I think its silly and uncouth, but I have more pressing issues to worry about vis-a-vis my kids' development than if they saw a .

    Space Mountain Refurbishment Info

Here's a page on Walt Dated World. There's a link to an mp3 of the song at the very bottom of that page with lyrics and a version without lyrics in the middle of the page. http://www.omniluxe.net/wyw/sm.htm Here's to the future, here's to the future, here's to the future and you It's a world...

    Space Mountain Refurbishment Info

I can't completely agree with that. The first season was pretty bad aside from a few gems as they were obviously still growing into the characters, the effects were really awful and some of the scripts were just not very interesting. Seasons 2-4 were pretty much excellent aside from a few...

Dana Scully: Is this man also a body manipulator? Dr. Blockhead: No, in the classical sense, the Conundrum's a geek. Mulder: He eats live animals? Dr. Blockhead: He eats anything. Live animals, dead animals, rocks, lightbulbs, corkscrews, battery cables, cranberries...

    Favorite Universal Studios Attraction

See, and I had the same experience when I went to WDW this January. Hadn't been since 2000 and the only brand new things of any importance were EE (terrible) and M:S (not too bad). I'm talking major new attractions, not refurbs like the additions to Pirates or the additions to the Mansion (which...
