    Coranavirus Disneyland General Discussion

It is a fair concern, but we should simply be watching hospital availability and if it drops below say 10% (with all expanded capacity in place), then we should take additional steps, but honestly it is highly unlikely to reach that point again.

    Coranavirus Disneyland General Discussion

Interestingly, it is in an article talking about how numbers were distorted, but if you look at the take away, the best case is 1.8% and that was after 81-100 days after a mask mandate was implemented...

    Coranavirus Disneyland General Discussion

Not sure about that, but even the CDC has said that at best masks reduce transmission by 1.8%, that is less than 2% and yet, masks have been demonstrated to cause long term health problems for many people and yes, even killed people.

    Coranavirus Disneyland General Discussion

Exactly, they know the risks of not getting vaccinated and there are risks for many with getting vaccinated. It is up to each individual which set of risks they are willing to deal with. At this point, we need to let people take personal responsibility and deal with the risks they have chosen.

    Coranavirus Disneyland General Discussion

I doubt it, OC didn't really require masks, even when the state did, I don't see them changing course.

Dumbest Thing You've Heard a Guest Say

Oh, so that was you? Just kidding, although the one time I tried to ride Ghost Galaxy, I couldn't get into the seat properly and they had to take our vehicle to the side to unload with stairs and everyone on board got a guest recovery pass (I think actually two or three) and still got to reload...

Dumbest Thing You've Heard a Guest Say

Well, there is the Monorail Entrance for DLR and the GCH entrance for DCA, so I guess it is possible.

Dumbest Thing You've Heard a Guest Say

Honestly, it makes the Tiki Room much more wheelchair friendly and eliminates the need for a lift.

Dumbest Thing You've Heard a Guest Say

No it isn't, Pizza Planet is about 30 steps below Chuck E Cheese

Dumbest Thing You've Heard a Guest Say

Yikes! That is a major mistake. I wonder if Disney did anything to help them. I know they wouldn't be obligated to do so, but it would be a good will gesture.

Dumbest Thing You've Heard a Guest Say

Yeah, I mean they were literally being made right there and often pulled directly off the conveyor belt and handed to you. I also miss the free package of tortillas on my birthday.

Dumbest Thing You've Heard a Guest Say

I hope they do bring back People Mover in some form and it could be done, but I doubt it will happen.

Dumbest Thing You've Heard a Guest Say

While not a guest, I read about a CM that had their own moment. They were working Autopia when it had FPs that were distributed at what was Innoventions. Most people coming up kept asking "Where do I get a FP" and they responded with "Up the stairs and to the left" almost automatically after a...

Dumbest Thing You've Heard a Guest Say

That is usually what most guests are trying to ask when they ask that, but still.

Dumbest Thing You've Heard a Guest Say

I have personally heard people ask CMs when the 3:00 parade is. My favorite response was a dead pan look from a CM to the guest and the guest figuring it out on their own and feeling silly about it.

Dumbest Thing You've Heard a Guest Say

Drenched guest in the pouring rain (no lightning): "I don't want to go on Splash Mountain because I don't want to get wet." Seriously, I have heard this more than once, I mean you are already fully soaked from head to toe, what is the difference?

    All things Knotts Berry Farm

The problem is the drop off zone is needed for those with disabilities since there is no shuttle service from the parking lots., but I would hope that maybe a better system could be implemented. At bare minimum, they should have security there making people circle like at the airport until the...

Second closure for Disneyland Paris due to COVID-19

First off, who is punishing anyone? Masks are not required for those who are vaccinated at the theme parks. Secondly, Florida's governor is prohibiting any company in the state from asking for proof of vaccination or pay a massive fine per incident. So, even if you think proof should be...

    All things Knotts Berry Farm

Yep, like any mall, except most malls do not have theme parks attached to them. I really think Knott's has to rework their parking to where they remove the street in front of the entrance and instead have guests enter how they did during the Tasting events. They would of course have to move...
