Based on estimated start times and paces, balloon ladies are expected to finish the marathon right around 12:36 PM.

Not officially but you should be able to get a good guess of where you'll be based on previous years. Only caveat tho now is 2025 has an additional corral than the last few years did.

Yeah, started fairly recently. They started struggling getting volunteers after they took the ticket perk away so they just went full fledge staff.

WDW now pays CMs to work those races too. Neither coast uses volunteers anymore.
