Martin, thank you for everything you do. This was another great video.

    Best and worse area music

My favorites would have to also be the innovations area (or what used to be) in EPCOT. Also really like the FL music in MK as well. I'm not sure I have a least favorite. Probably anything playing at the airport on the way home....

EPCOT Announced: Mary Poppins Attraction in UK Pavilion

Well, I was thinking too that it would be really easy to 'hide' the attraction by making the entrance a blue police box against a wall, then just a long tunnel to where the show building would be. It could be minimally obtrusive. They could even have multiple boxes with multiple tunnels...

EPCOT Announced: Mary Poppins Attraction in UK Pavilion

Wishful thinking.... why not a Doctor Who ride or walkthrough? All you need is a blue box somewhere...lol They already sell the merch in UK. What's another IP to purchase right?

    Sake, anyone?

I would ditto the advice of trying the bar on the ground floor of Mitsukoshi. They have a great selection and are more than happy to find something that matches your tastes. Years ago when I went there the woman behind the bar drank the sake with us. (.... she may have done some slight of...

    Disney Rewards credit card

The benefits are great for the card. While I would use a 'cashback' card to get better rewards, taking this card on a disney trip is a must. The 10% discount is a big help, but I like the extra benefits that come with it. We used it this last trip for the private M&G at EPCOT. I do mean...

Disney Depression... it's only been a few hours

Dealing with the same thing myself right now. Just got back from our trip two weeks ago. Was also my son's first trip (1.5yo), and my daughters (4.5y/o) first to WDW (We did Disneyland with her at 2). I've been watching a lot of videos/pics from the trip and watching walkthrough park videos...

    FEBRUARY Never Again!!!!!!!!!

Shoot, picked the wrong day for Epcot. We were there on the 14th and Frozen was 85+ minutes most of the day. We had hoped to get it in this trip but maybe next time.

Newbie first time travel accommodation questions

We just got back from a February vacation with a 4 and 1 year old. It was our first time staying off property. Personally I found it much easier than when we stayed on property. The advantage of having a kitchen for the morning is great, and the cost of the disney properties is better spent...

    FEBRUARY Never Again!!!!!!!!!

We were there 13th through the 18th of Feb. Very crowded that week as well. I had hoped that most of the cheerleaders would be around after their weekend and not before, but I gambled wrong. It was crowded, but still had a great time. If the lines bother you that much just pay for a...

Why is the MDE app still so terrible?

Just used it last week in the parks on two different android devices and had no problems at all. Worked great.

Feb 12th to Feb 18th - Getting There

We are going on the same days. Will be my son's first Disney trip and my daughter's first time at WDW. Just doing MK on the 13th and AK/Epcot on the 14th. (Doing some non-disney parks this trip). Weather looks great. Have fun.

    1/10-15 Trip with 14mon. old Tips/Tricks/Advice!

Be sure to make use of the Baby Care Centers in each of the parks, the one in magic kingdom is located near the First Aid Station between Casey’s and The Crystal Palace. Great place for a time out, a change, or a place to pick up some item you forgot for the trip, (though be prepared to pay...

Is Rock 'n' Roller Coaster changing its theme soon?

With Stitch going away from tomorrowland, perhaps they could "value engineer" a refurb, reuse the materials for the preshow. The story could have Stitch stealing...er ...borrowing a limo, wouldn't need to change the ride too much. The music could be anything you wanted, but obviously Elvis...

what was the best WDW guest meltdown you've observed

Back during a family trip to Disney World (1989), when I was a child, we had a pair of Japanese teenagers cut in front of us while waiting in line for space mountain. The line was quite long and we were just outside the building. We tried to explain to them that they were cutting and that the...

Portobello at DS - be honest!

I have not eaten there recently, last time was in 2004. But I would never go back. Service was terrible, (though it was middle of summer so large crowds), food was nothing special. However, we did see three cockroaches walking across the carpet and some sort of large beetle (4-5 cm long)...

    New Disneyland Hotel?

If they theme it as 'space age' then it is fine by me. It will only add to the land and the feeling of it being a 'spaceport'. I am more worried about it being seen from main street. But, you can already see the Matterhorn so....

    New Disneyland Hotel?

My experience with the elevators was the same when staying at the Disneyland Hotel.. 20-35 minute wait time for the elevators.... and, there were no optional stairs to take so we had to just sit there and wait for a non-full elevator.

    New Disneyland Hotel?

Thanks for the replies. I was unaware of the previously mentioned information. Seems like a great location for a hotel. The 'parkside' view of the fireworks would be amazing if it goes where you have suggested.
