    Need help w/ 1st deluxe experience - 1st on-site visit in a long time

We just stayed in June at the Polynesian. We've done a few of the deluxe resorts in the past, and this was our first time at the Poly. I was not terribly impressed with the accomidations for what we paid for the room. Besides Ohana, there really aren't a lot of great food offerings at the...

    Wheelchair with no DAS

A good friend of mine has a disease process that is slowly making him crippled. Eventually he will not be able to walk at all. He has good days and bad. I know when they go to Disney they use the DAS system. He will be on his scooter sometimes, other times, when able, he will walk. As he...

    Star wars resort mug

If it was going to be somewhere, I would try the star wars store in disney springs near the christmas store. I don't remember if they had it for sale there or not, but they had a lot of park items there.

    Where in The World?

My guess was also One man's dream or Brown derby, even though I have been in neither....lol But, the wood color is similar in both judging from pictures. (My other thought was the lobby of the 50s prime time cafe, but its not there.)

    Where in The World?

Hm... well for the books, my thoughts were either space ship earth (one of the post enlightenment scenes), or tower of terror pre show room, but it's not those as the bookshelves don't fit. Would help if I could see what the books say, but resolution is too low.

    First Timers MK Restaurant picks

Skip Tony's. Would also recommend Skippers or Liberty Tree. If there is time for a trip over to Wilderness lodge, would also recommend Whispering Canyon. Have them ask for extra ketcup.

    Where in The World?

Green gate and type of fixture makes me think haunted mansion/liberty square. Not sure that is correct though. Wall is wrong, and that looks more like the lake than the river in the background but hard to tell.

Anyone have Swan and Dolphin tips/answers to questions?

I guess it depends on the age of your kids. They have a great pool, arcade, paddle boats, mini golf/boardwalk is nearby and they are one of the few resorts that have a playground. I would agree that the higher end restraunts are not great for kids, but they have a lot of other options in...
