After my experience at WDW last week I can't figure out why attendance is so high. We had a miserable time.

Just returned from WDW and rode 7DMT a few times. My seven year old liked it. I thought it was way too short, which is a sentiment I heard echoed a number of times at the exit of the ride. It was cute but unimpressive.

Just got back and saw a ton. Watched a teen couple stand in front of RNRC for about 30 minutes taking the same shot over and over with the stupid looking stick. They'd take it, pull in the stick and look, extend it again, take another shot, etc. People were getting ticked at having to walk...

That reminds me of a picture someone posted a year or two ago showing the difference between UO and WDW. Disney was like reading the small print of a contract with a magnifying glass while UO was just a picture of a fire breathing dragon from HP. Wish I could find that picture I'd post it again.

Yep the price increases have gotten to be a bit much for us. Our trip in a few days will probably be our last. We'll probably do three days at UO and a couple at the beach next year and still come out cheaper than a WDW trip.

The horseback riders in the desert are almost impossible to see because of the poor black levels. Could be the camera used to record. Could be the projectors need a good professional-grade calibration. Would have to see it in person before making a final judgement.

Something tells me it's coming.
