Never stayed there, but I visited this spring. On a leisurely walk it took about 12 minutes. No different than walking from the back corners of Sports or Music. We are planning to stay in the Lttle Mermaid sectionin May of 2014. Hope this helps.

We like to go the week prior to Christmas. Been there twice and it's not terribly busy until the 24th. We stayed Christmas Eve until 5, enjoyed every minute. And even the crowds were enjoyable.

Not sure about the companion RR but the men's and women's doors are right next to one another and there is always a crowd in front of the entrances almost looks like a queue for the RR

I can't answer who OK's the restart of a ride but I do know anyone can close it. While enjoying the CoP the last scene the dad's hand was missing. It was kinda disturbing. We let the CM know and he shut the ride down immediately.

I agree it is quite noisy but my 3 year old nephew loved it. He was really into dinosaurs at the time and could name most of them.

Yes it really is. Along with some of the other deserts as well. The atmosphere is great, be advised some of the rooms are not accessible to view during dinner. It's used for staging for the Beast meet & greet.
