Honestly it’s not bad but it could be better. The theme is catchy I’ll admit it’s been stuck in my head lol but yet it’s not as good or catchy as Paint The Night. Lyrics would have helped this a lot.

I’m curious why they did not include the Electrical Parade fanfare in the release? Can’t help but wonder if that was not originally planned for Starlight and they added it last minute. Maybe someone said the opening music needed a build up instead of starting in a way similar to HEA? I’m not...

It’s nice that Disney officially releases stuff now a days but still not as good as what TDL releases. We still end up having to wait for leaks of the full soundtrack to piece things together lol.

laughable to say this but it would be nice if they announced a fountain returning at Destination D.

I’m sure eventually a track with the character voices will makes it way to YouTube.

They probably cut the lyrics for whatever reason. Big mistake if so. It is not horrible as is but it could have been better.

Glad I was wrong and they are releasing the whole thing, well minus the character voices. Can’t have everything like Tokyos releases.

Has anyone heard if there is a reason why they turn the hub light towers on for the parade? Is it safety reasons for the, very few, dancers? The castle search lights are a nice touch. Would be awesome if they ever decide to add more search lights along the route to turn on when the parade...

Well hopefully we are in a situation where they are still working on a few things but their main goal was to initially get Starlight debuted? I guess a lot depends on what type of feedback they are getting and who it’s from.

They need to do what they should have done and went with the butterfly costumes from the past. Fingers crossed.

Question is will Ops jump at the opportunity in the future, whatever the reason may be, to once again not have a nighttime parade. Hopefully it becomes, as it should have after MSEP left, a requirement for there to be a nighttime parade. I think WDW Ops would love it if they had the option to...

Does this apply to a APs on the monthly payment plan and that we’re just activated a week ago?

If Starlight was at Disneyland I wonder what the reaction would be? I don’t necessarily think the fans would totally shred it like Light Magic but I do think feedback would be a lot louder. Disneyland would quickly listen and make changes.

Maybe in 20 something years, assuming we don’t go through another nighttime parade drought, they will replace Starlight with something more like SpectroMagic since Starlight is more like MSEP. I would assume whoever designs the next parade will also look at parades of the past.
